Durante l’udienza del 4 febbraio l’avv. Anglesio, difensore dei dirigenti ThyssenKrupp Moroni, Cafueri e Salerno, ha aperto la sua arringa difensiva lamentando la “spettacolarizzazione” del processo (?) e dicendo che la pubblica diffusione di “informazioni mediatiche” influenzerebbe negativamente l’imparzialità della giuria il cui compito deve essere quello di giudicare serenamente tenendo conto dei fatti e soltanto di quelli!
