Sono quindi tutti responsabili diretti della strage, da chi come Harald Espenhan gestiva il denaro destinato al rinnovamento delle misure di sicurezza, a chi, come i dirigenti italiani, erano a contatto diretto con l’azienda ed ogni giorno avevano sotto gli occhi la situazione precaria e pericolosa nella quale lavoravano gli operai. Ma i codici e i regolamenti della giustizia sono adattati alle esigenze della classe dominante e non certo a quelle dei poveracci che, come i sette eroi morti sulla linea 5, devono mettere insieme il pranzo con la cena, in condizioni sempre più precarie e impraticabili. Ci stringiamo quindi attorno ai parenti dei sette eroi del lavoro e condividiamo la loro rabbia per le miti richieste di condanna del PM Guariniello!
